The dive sites among the islands range from colorful coral reefs to gentle slopes to magnificent granite boulder formations. There are nine islands in the Similan group. The dive conditions in the Similans are in a class of their own. The visibility rivals many pools. Actually Koh Bon is part of the Similan Islands huge manta rays and whale sharks have been seen in Koh Bon. Richelieu Rock is known to many as the best dive site in Thailand. These huge pinnacles in the open sea are home of the smallest nudibranchs and seahorses and also offer a chance to see Whale Sharks and Manta Rays. Totally 16 dives are made during the trip.
