Visit new waters. Our newest destination for season 10-11 is Burma / Mergui Archipelago safari. It is an unbelievable and unforgettable adventure that lasts 6 nights and 7 days. During the safari we make 18 dives.
 The Exotic Burma is welcoming foreign guests after 50 years break and is now tempting divers to attend new adventures. Mergui Archipelago consists of more than 800 islands most of them are uninhabited. The numerous virgin paradise beaches, mangrove forests and rugged rock walls guarantee fantastic circumstances for diverse nature tourism. Underwater there is a diversified spectrum of species starting from tiny nudibranchs and seahorses all the way to enormous whale sharks and manta rays. In the same area you are able to dive with sharks and big schools of fish on steep walls which reach down to hundreds of meters in depth or on shallow reefs with a macro life full of species you don't get to see in Thailand.
 Departure dates
Pick-up from Phuket with minibuses between 8.30 - 9.30 am. From Khao Lak at 12.00.
Return to Phuket, Chalong Bay at 14.00 and transfer back to your hotel.
The price of the safari
The price is based on the cabin you wish to have:
 Sea Lion: 38,000 THB
Upper deck cabin for two persons, separate beds. Equipped with a fan and a fridge.
Sea Horse: 39,000 THB
Middle deck cabin for two persons, separate beds. Equipped with central air-conditioning and a fridge.
Sea Star: 40,000 THB
Lower deck cabin with a double bed. Air-conditioning and a fridge.
All prices are price per person (i.e. half a cabin).

Possibility for private cabin by paying 10.000 THB surcharge.

Equipment rental at (Burma) South Mergui Archipelago safaris is 3.000 THB.
Dive computer: 1.500 THB /safari.
Myanmar visa fee for Burma safaris is 200 US + 600 THB Similan national park fee.
NOTICE!
Fees must be paid in cash and will be collected on board during the safari.
Myanmar visa fee is paid in USD and Thai officers accept THB, so both currencies are needed.
You need to have four passport pictures and 2 copies of the information page of your passport with you on the Burma Safari.
When the Burma / Mergui Safari is booked, we need the following information of each diver:
- full name (excactly as it appears in the passport, so no nicknames)
- passport number
- passport date of expiry
- date of birth
- nationality
- gender
